In the beginning of 60th years shift in economy has begun. Were incorporated in three fishing collective farms in one - "Ogni"(Fires). On the basis of fine unprofitable collective farms one is created. Feeding with/ з with four branches, it is created state industrial facilities "Terneyski ".

In 1961 Medkov A. is appointed chairman of a district executive committee. Approximately at this time Terney began to get present shape. Have asphalted streets, construction of welfare value has begun: hospitals, clubs, schools, hotels (today here it is located by cafe " Surf " and tax inspection), housing construction.
